Pricing

Priced to your operation, not a per-seat sticker.

A 60-vehicle courier business and a national linehaul carrier do not run the same way, and they should not pay for the same build. We scope JAIX to the modules, fleet and integrations you actually need, then quote it. No list price, because a list price would be wrong for almost everyone.

What shapes the number

Six things that drive the cost of a JAIX build.

We are upfront about what moves the price, so the quote you get is one you can understand and defend internally.

01

Modules you switch on

TMS only, or the full stack with WMS, Accounts, Workshop and Driver Mobility. You pay for what you run, not the whole catalogue.

02

Fleet and operation size

Vehicles, depots, sites and transaction volume. A single metro depot scopes differently to a national network.

03

Users and devices

Office users, and the drivers and warehouse staff on mobile and scanning. Concurrent operation matters more than headcount.

04

Integrations and EDI

Customer EDI, accounting links, telematics and APIs. The number and complexity of connections shapes the build.

05

Data migration

Lifting consignment history, rates and master data off a legacy platform. A planned migration is scoped, not assumed.

06

Implementation and training

Configuration to how you operate, plus training delivered by an Australian, in-house specialist. Scaled to your rollout.

Always included

What every quote includes, whatever the size.

The scope changes. The standard of partnership does not. These come with every JAIX implementation, not as paid extras.

How pricing works

From enquiry to a fixed quote.

Scope call

We map your operation: modules, fleet, sites, integrations and the systems you run today. 30 to 45 minutes.

Tailored proposal

You get a written proposal: what is in scope, the implementation plan, and a clear breakdown of what drives the cost.

Fixed quote

Once scope is agreed, the quote is fixed. No surprise line items appearing mid-implementation.

Onboard

Configuration, migration and training run to the plan, with a dedicated team leader from day one.

Common questions Indicative · final terms confirmed in your proposal

The questions buyers ask first.

Is JAIX a subscription or a licence?

JAIX is offered as an ongoing platform subscription. The structure is confirmed in your proposal once scope is agreed, so it reflects the modules and operation you are actually running.

Is there an implementation cost?

Yes. Implementation, configuration and training are scoped and quoted up front, so the number reflects your rollout rather than a generic onboarding fee.

Is there a minimum size?

JAIX is built for mid-market operators, typically from around 50 vehicles. If you are smaller and growing, talk to us and we will be straight about whether the fit is right.

What about migrating off another solution?

There is a planned migration path. We scope lifting consignment history, rates and master data across, so you move without losing your records.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the modules, integrations and data involved. Your proposal sets out a timeline against the agreed scope, with a dedicated team leader running it from day one.
